MWDT provides instructor-led learning, guided practice, realistic examples, and student tools. The program is adapted to each school's schedule, student population, and career-readiness goals.
Students do more than listen—they practice. Sessions connect directly to first jobs, summer employment, internships, work-based learning, and longer-term education or career planning.
Each workshop is planned for up to 20 students per facilitator. MWDT prepares a custom base quote that adjusts with student count, travel, and allotted time. We confirm the final scope, scheduling, and any requested add-ons with each school or organization.
Schools select the modules and level of depth that fit their students. Longer formats allow more guided practice, completed work products, and individualized feedback.
